Subscribe to ctrlX Data Layer Items via ctrlX OS REST API

Connection Guide:

Load ctrlX OS UI: Open the ctrlX OS web interface in a new tab:
- ctrlX COREvirtual with port forwarding: https://127.0.0.1:8443
- ctrlX OS device: https://192.168.1.1
On the warning page, click "Advanced" and proceed to trust the certificate.
Keep the window open: Keep that ctrlX OS tab open in the background.
Open HTML file: Open this test page, enter your credentials, and click "Subscribe".
